I originally gave this office 5 stars, and I actually meant to update my review a while ago, but life has been busy.

Recently, communication and follow-up have not been the best, which was disappointing after being a loyal client for about six years. I felt unheard during a few interactions, and it honestly made me reconsider staying with this office.

However, I do want to recognize John. He personally followed up with me, listened to my concerns, and genuinely made me feel valued as a client again. His professionalism and customer service truly stood out.

If anyone ever has a negative experience with someone at this office, I highly recommend reaching out to John directly. He is amazing and truly cares about his clients.

After reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try... John is a wonderful agent, I knew it since the first time I spoke to him over the phone and confirmed that when I met with him at his office to discuss about changes in my policy. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, going over my policy information, and explaining me my options. I wish every sales person was like him, he will rather be honest with costumers and he won't try make money lying to them or hiding charges and things like that. He really cares about costumers and knows how to do business. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
